Liz is a born and raised Calgarian. Before joining Litco Law as the Administrative Services Team Lead in 2022, she spent 14 years working for the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta as a leader in customer service and re-employment services. Liz is an avid world traveler (23 countries and counting!) and spends her free time in the circus world performing flying trapeze and aerial silks. Liz is also a lifelong Calgary Flames fan. Liz embraces the core value of 'Ask Why' through her focus on consistent improvement - she's always looking for ways to improve the experience for clients.

Ashley joined the Litco Law Records and Information Team in January 2020. Originally from England, she moved to Calgary in 2019 with her two children and Fiancé. With previous experience working in client facing roles, Ashley is looking forward to assisting colleagues in making our clients experience at Litco as comfortable and seamless as possible whilst embracing our core values Kindness and Empathy, by ensuring she goes the extra mile for her colleagues and clients regardless of the situation. In her spare time, Ashley loves to make new memories with her family by exploring and experiencing the beauty of Calgary.

Tyson Medhurst

Tyson Medhurst


Records and Information Coach

Tyson was born and raised in Calgary, working around the city in customer relations. He is a recent graduate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and hopes to continue his education in law. Tyson is an avid camper, and enjoys being outdoors, especially in the rocky mountains. In the colder months he enjoys reading, listening to true crime podcasts, trying and eating at new restaurants around the city, and hopes to do more travelling in the future. Tyson embraces our core value of Ask Why by always looking for as much information as possible, looking for the deeper meaning of questions, and his drive to know all perspectives surrounding said questions.

Charlotte Monaghan

Charlotte Monaghan


Records and Information Analyst

Charlotte joined the Litco Law Records and Information Team in November 2023. She was born in England but moved to Canada in 2006 with her family. She has a Health Science degree with a minor in Psychology from Mount Royal University. Since graduating, Charlotte has worked in healthcare and customer service roles. She loves to travel and gets the opportunity to do so as a netball representative for both Alberta and Canada. Charlotte loves having the opportunity to use her education and experience to support her team and clients. She embodies the core value of empathy by always putting herself in other people’s shoes, and being a caring, active listener.

Jenna Propp

Jenna joined Litco Law in November of 2022. She loves being outdoors and can be found spending her weekends birdwatching or camping. Her other pastimes include baking, reading, writing, and trying out new dinner recipes on her family and friends. Keltie was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a General Arts Degree and then went on to graduate from Fanshawe College in the Marketing Management program. She loves to travel, experience new restaurants and experiences in Calgary, and has recently joined a Pilates studio! Keltie embraces our core value of empathy by seeing the good in every person she meets.

Serena Grimm


Records and Information Analyst

Serena was born and raised in Calgary, AB. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at Mount Royal University. Following her education, she gained experience within the legal industry and non-profit sector, where she developed a passion for supporting individuals facing the justice system. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends. Serena embraces our Core Value of Empathy by encouraging others to share their perspectives and being open to analyzing situations from these shared outlooks. She does this by cultivating a comfortable and positive environment by making space for others to feel heard.
