Natalie Brosh

Natalie joined the Litco Law team in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Born in Calgary, she has spent over a decade as a people leader and manager within the luxury retail industry where she focused on developing talent pipelines while generating meaningful impact within her teams. Natalie’s keen attention to detail is one of her brightest skills especially when it comes to how she approaches building relationships with others. She cares deeply about leadership development and is an avid supporter of Calgary’s performing arts scene. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys taking barre classes, crafting DIY projects around her home, road trips out to the mountains, and discovering up-and-coming restaurants across the city with her husband. Natalie embraces our core value of Empathy by showing compassion and sincere interest in the needs and hopes of her colleagues and those around her.

Rebecca Castillo

People and Culture Coordinator

Rebecca was born in the Philippines and came to Canada at an early age. Prior to Litco Law, Rebecca has had experience in working in medical administration as well as over 10 years in customer care. She started travelling at a very young age which grew a huge passion for exploring the world and learning about different cultures. During her spare time she enjoys snowboarding, watching movies and snacking. Most of all she loves spending time with her family and friends. Rebecca embraces our core value of Kindness and Empathy - she ensures she treats everyone with a smile and respect because we never truly know what battles people are facing in their lives.
