Kate first joined Litco Law in 2017 as a Case Manager and later moved into our Client Solutions Lead role in 2021. She worked in insurance for over 10 years prior to coming to our firm. Kate enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, going to barre class, reading and enjoying a sunny patio in the summer. She demonstrates kindness by really listening to and caring about our clients as well as taking the time to explain the claims process thoroughly.

Rachelle Steel

Client Solutions Coach

Rachelle joined Litco Law in 2019 as a Case Manager. Prior to coming to the firm, she worked for over 10 years at 2 of the biggest, Canadian Based insurance companies. Her areas of expertise were auto claims and bodily injury claims. Rachelle obtained her CIP designation in 2013 and served on the Insurance Institute Board for a year. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, reading, playing music, and watching true life crime documentaries. Rachelle embraces our Core Value of Empathy, which is shown in her ability to put herself in her client’s shoes. She gets excited about working to go the extra mile to ensure her client’s have the best possible experience during one of the most difficult and challenging times in their life.

Marie-Lynn Grigg

Client Solutions Specialist

Marie-Lynn was born and raised in the rural area surrounding Calgary, gaining valuable public relations and marketing experience in the service sector before relocating to Calgary in pursuit of a post secondary degree in business administration. Marie-Lynn is an avid reader, contemporary dancer, and traveler with ambitions to complete a tour of Europe in coming years. She is also a mediocre but very enthusiastic cook and baker of health conscious treats in her spare time. Alyssa Chubey

Alyssa was born is Selkirk, Manitoba and recently relocated to Calgary after spending the last few years living in and exploring Australia and New Zealand. She is passionate about traveling and is always looking to plan her next big adventure. In her spare time she can be found at the gym, participating in various recreational sports, reading and trying out new and exciting restaurants around Calgary. April Sullivan

Client Solutions Receptionist

April moved to Calgary from Ontario and joined the Litco team in August of 2021. At the time of joining the Litco team, she had recently graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology. During her time at university, she particularly enjoyed learning about how the legal system interacts with society. Her previous work experience stems from the retail sector and telecommunications where she uncovered her passion for extending help to others. In her spare time, April enjoys reading, meditating, watching crime documentaries, and exploring the city of Calgary as a new resident! Shannon Lin

Shannon was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. Since her return to Edmonton, this combination has led her toward experiences in the non-profit, arts, film, and legal industries. Shannon continues to fuel her passion for dance as a dance instructor and enjoys creating new projects, spending time with friends and family, running, trying out new restaurants and recipes, and travelling. Janaya was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and has proudly called Calgary her home for the last 10 years. She graduated from Mount Royal University in 2021, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with honours and a minor in Political Science. In her free time, you’ll find Janaya snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her dogs, Harley and Axle. Prior to joining Litco Law, she graduated from Lethbridge College with a Diploma in Exercise Science and has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and class instructor for almost 10 years. Rachelle enjoys being active and spending time outdoors, as well as staying in to enjoy a coffee and watch a movie with loved ones. Genevieve Reinhardt

Genevieve was born in Quebec and raised in the suburb of Sherwood Park and the small town of Provost. After completing her education at Grant MacEwan University, Genevieve embarked on an administrative career with the RCMP, serving for over 17 years. During her time with the RCMP, she gained valuable experience working alongside officers through high-profile cases. Genevieve also worked as a Realtor in the Edmonton area for several years. She's incredibly passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and navigating the intricacies of the market. As an active individual, Genevieve loves physical fitness and running, and is currently on a journey to master the game of golf. She is proud to call St. Albert home and loves spending downtime with her husband & two boys.
