Top 10 Shortlist Award – Litco Law

Feb 28, 2017

LitwiniukCanadian Lawyer Magazine has revealed the shortlist of nominees for the Top 10 Personal Injury Boutique Firms in Canada 2017-2018, and Litwiniuk & Company has made the cut. Every 2 years, the magazine puts out a survey to lawyers and clients, asking them to weigh in on which firms deserve a nomination and which will make the final list.

The survey, which went out nationwide early in 2017, allows voters to rank firms on many criteria, including legal expertise and service excellence. As the most-respected industry publication in the country, Canadian Lawyer is trusted to bestow the Top 10 distinction on only the most worthy law firms. Litwiniuk & Company made the Top 10 Personal Injury Boutiques list for 2015-2016, the only Alberta firm ever to do so.
“It was an incredible honour,” says Litwiniuk’s Director of Business Development and Marketing, Fred Litwiniuk. “It is no exaggeration to say that making it into the Top 10 was monumental for our firm.”
“The top 10 award is a signal from our clients and our industry that we’re doing the right things. Our firm has long had a reputation for providing unmatched client service, but with the Top 10 award, we are now recognized as leaders in the practice of personal injury law in Canada.”
Despite the positive impact the 2015-2016 Top 10 award had on the firm, Litwiniuk says that awards are not the firm’s primary concern.
“I hope we are fortunate enough to be selected again this year. But even if we’re not, I know that our team works hard day in and day out to care for our clients and provide the highest-quality legal services; that’s what matters most. Whatever the results, they are number one in my eyes.”
The survey closes on February 21, with winners announced on March 3, 2017.

It is best to assess the full extent of your injuries and how they will affect your life before you accept an offer.
