In recent weeks, the Alberta Government enacted amendments to the Minor Injury Regulation, which changes the laws relating to the amount a person can claim for minor injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident.

Section B Benefits are insurance benefits for people who are injured, or who have loved ones who were injured or killed, in automobile accidents.
