We offer the residential real estate legal services you need, including:

  • Single family home purchases and sales
  • Multi-family home purchases and sales
  • Condominium purchases and sales
  • Condominium document review
  • Manufactured, mobile, or recreation home purchases and sales
  • Mortgage and line of credit refinancing
  • Title transfers
  • Advice on title insurance

No matter what you need, you can guarantee that we’ll find you a solution. Litco Law will work with your Realtor, your bank or mortgage lender, the Land Titles Office, surveyors, and anyone else involved in the process to make buying, selling, or refinancing a home a total breeze.

Our package and price policy? Transparency is key.

At Litco Law, we’ll always be 100% transparent with you (‘sketchy’ isn’t in our vocabulary). Buying, selling, or refinancing is stressful enough, so the last thing you need is hidden fees coming out of nowhere. You may be wondering, “Aren’t all real estate lawyers the same? Shouldn’t I just pick the cheapest one?” We’ll level with you: it’s worth paying for quality service.

We’re not the cheapest or the most expensive real estate lawyers in Alberta, but we will always be straightforward about legal fees, disbursements, GST, or any other expenses. Like any real estate lawyer, we’ll take care of all the things associated with purchasing, selling, or refinancing a house— like Dower issues, Real Property Reports (RPR), Municipal compliance, title transfers, holdbacks, and high-quality legal advice. However, you can expect added perks when you work with Litco Law. We’re committed to offering outstanding service, genuinely empathetic lawyers and legal assistants, true peace of mind, and best of all: value for your money.
