We will never charge any fees while your claim progresses. That means we'll cover any costs for gathering evidence or anything else needed to settle your claim, regardless of how long that takes. If for any reason your claim cannot be resolved, we won't charge you anything.

Employment Law Contingency 33 1/3% + GST and Disbursements?Costs that arise during the course of your claim while gathering evidence and anything else needed to support your claim. For example medical reports or court filing fees. We cover these costs during your claim and the expenses will typically be covered by the other party's insurance and reimbursed at the end.
