Top Choice PI Law Firm 2020

Mar 31, 2020

For the sixth year in a row, Litwiniuk & Company has been voted as the Top Personal Injury Law Firm in Calgary thanks to the outpouring of votes from our happy, satisfied clients. Thank you for trusting us with your claims, taking the time to vote, and making us your top choice. We are grateful for the support of our clients, our people and our community, all of which have made it possible for us to celebrate this achievement. The Top Choice organization helps companies improve customer satisfaction and gives consumers the power to make an educated choice about who they can trust. When a business wins a Top Choice Award, it is a mark of excellence and a sign that they truly care about providing outstanding customer service. We are committed to listening to you and continuing to provide the outstanding service Litwiniuk & Company is known for.

“What makes this award so special is that it is chosen by the most important judges – our clients,” says Fred Litwiniuk, President.  “We believe that we provide the best client service of any injury law firm in Alberta, and it’s wonderful to know that our clients feel the same way.”

Achieving success through an award-winning team.

Managing partner and CEO, Todd Litwiniuk, attributes the firm’s success to the exceptional people that make up the team. “We know that we wouldn’t be a Top Choice without our incredible team. The hard-working people at our firm make these awards possible. Not only are they providing high quality legal services, they are providing incredible client service every day.” We invest in the best and brightest, building a team that offers the highest quality legal service and collaborates to bring our best to every client.

Fred echoes this sentiment. “You build an exceptional firm one exceptional individual at a time,” he says, “and that’s what we set out to do. I think we’ve got the best people in the industry on our team, and I think that clients can feel that difference.” We know that if you have got the right people, everything else in life is easier.

Our founding principles are the compass of Litwiniuk & Company.

Established in 1976, Larry and his wife Marianne Litwiniuk turned a one-room office into Calgary’s largest and best-known personal injury law firm, with two locations serving clients across Alberta. The firm is now a second-generation family business, lead by brothers Todd and Fred. At its heart, the firm strives to be a leader of innovative client solutions, guided by the founding principles of client care, service, trust, and hard work. Litwiniuk & Company puts the personal in personal injury lawyers. For us, it’s simple. We believe in making a difference. Calgarians know us for our community initiatives, charity work, volunteerism, and ensuring that people who have been injured don’t get taken advantage of – and that’s just as important to us as doing excellent legal work.

“We owe our longevity to our client-first attitude. It is a privilege to serve them, and there’s no way we would be here for over 40 years if weren’t doing it right. Albertans are demanding, they have high standards, and when a business can’t meet those standards it won’t last. The Top Choice Award is another great way for us to see if we measure up. I’m honored that, for the sixth year in a row, our clients are telling us that we do.”
