Professional Background
Josh obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2021. Before attending law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Calgary, graduating with honours and a first-class distinction.
In 2023, Josh joined Litco Law as an associate lawyer. He practices civil litigation, primarily focusing on personal injury matters. Josh is a member of the Central Alberta and Canadian Bar Associations. He has successfully represented clients in settlement negotiations, tribunal hearings, and each level of court in Alberta, with the exception of Alberta’s Court of Appeal.

Outside of the office, Josh is an avid skier. He enjoys spending time in the mountains, where he consistently finds new places to break down in his bus-turned-RV.
