About Our Timeless Will™ – All the changes you ever need, for free!
At Litco Law, all our Wills are timeless, which means you’ll never have to pay to update your Will when you have a new child, buy a new lake property, etc. While many lawyers will require you to pay for something called a Codicil, or write an entirely new Will, with our Timeless Will™ you are guaranteed all the changes you’ll ever need for free.
Based on our experience, most people will revise their Will anywhere from 1 – 3 times in their lifetime. If you need to make minor changes to your Will, many lawyers will require something called a Codicil to update your Will, which could cost $250 -$600 or more. In some cases, your lawyer may even require an entirely new Will in order to make the changes you want. This gets costly. And that is why we decided to make all our Wills life-proof.
