Celebrating Corporate Culture

Mar 18, 2019

Back in December, we shared the exciting news that Litco Law Personal Injury Lawyers was being recognized by Waterstone Human Capital as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures of 2018. As recipients of this prestigious honour, we were invited to the Canada’s Most Admired Gala—a wonderful celebration of the most effective and exceptional corporate cultures from across the country.

In late February, we made the trip to Toronto to attend the show, which included stirring speeches and creative videos from each of the winners, done in the style of movie trailers. This lively event was definitely one to remember, but the true highlight was the privilege of meeting other champions of corporate culture from all corners of Canada. Mingling with our fellow winners provided a great opportunity for us to learn, share, and get inspired by these best-in-class industry leaders.

We want to extend our thanks to Waterstone Human Capital and its board of judges for putting on such an amazing gala. Most of all, though, we’d like to say a big thank you to the dedicated members of the Litco Law team. Without your honesty, participation, and commitment to an inclusive, positive company culture, this achievement wouldn’t have been possible.
